It is not enough that Obama is using Chicago Politics in his campaign. Now, Chicago Politics have taken center stage at the meetings designed to achieve compromise. And they are going fast and furious, with Reid who may well lose his Senate seat in the next election the only one shouting close to the same decibels as Obama.
Obama's orchestration of the politics of the moment shows he is nowhere close to being presidential material. With little political experience, all of which has been played out through the use of powerful mentors, Obama is plainly not equipped to deal with national crises. And this is nowhere more evident than in the partisan way he has approached our financial crisis, which he proclaimed is the worst since the Great Depression.
As ABC noted in a somewhat balanced report of the White House meeting:
This is a far cry from Harry Reid's intemperate and demeaning remarks about McCain quoted in the same article. And there is no doubt but that Reid's and each other Democrat's comments were and are all planned and orchestrated by Obama.
That Obama is directing the Democrats to play out this drama to the hilt is evident from the persons who are discussing the legislation and the wholly inappropriate use of the first debate by Obama. Obama did not agree either to suspend his campaign or to postpone the debate today if no bill is passed. And of course, this has nothing to do with what he says and claims. He wants very much to preach to a national TV audience by himself. Desperate to get ahead by at least six points in the polls, with the Midwest crumbling before his eyes, Obama has resorted to the worst sort of Chicago politics lately. And they are not working. In almost every poll, he has less than 50% of the vote.
Despite obeisance of almost everyone in the media and a historically huge advertising budget, Obama is barely able to creep ahead unless you want to believe the polls that show he is up rather than tied or behind. His supporters are nervous, making wild claims of racism about McCain and sick claims about his melanoma in the most perverted and awful advertisements ever to reach the media about any candidate. Obama has not denounced this ad. Instead, he embraces it like everything else said except that which might touch him personally.
Now we have the meeting in which Obama was able to show his control over his party and his ability to speak ahead of the crowd and manage Washington. He was a complete dud.
Wandering around with views on every subject, hoping to backdoor and back stab McCain by lies about what he was going to do before McCain suspended his campaign, including what he claims was an "assumption" about what he was going to talk about, Obama's failures as a leader and politician have been quite evident. Only with his jack-booted supporters in the media and Congress has he managed to win a nomination and now seeks the presidency through manipulation of the Wall Street bailout.
The facts remain that Congress, not voters, gave Obama his Democratic Party win, and Congress, not the White House, is presenting a political agenda as part of their "financial" package in response to the urgent request of the President and McCain to come together.
In the end, you will have to decide what you prefer. Shouters who seek to control our economy and change our country into something totally unrecognizable in the Hope that Change will be beneficial. Or people who seek to end bipartisan wrangling and hope to clean up Washington.
The Democrats are not about to clean up anything. Their party has become the most corrupt party in the country, full of people who seek to control the country for their own purposes with tax handouts to the affluent and super rich.
Everything here has started with Obama and his objectives for blacks and his use of every division known to man, including McCain and his disabilities. A sicker group has never confronted our nation than those who support Obama. Just read their posts when running against Hillary Clinton if you want a taste of Obama's proposed Brave New World.
And just read between the lines as Obama takes credit for everything worthwhile and accepts no blame for anything. A man whose megalomania has managed to reach epic proportions. A man whose "vision" is non-existent for a United States of America. Only for a Disjointed States of America for the few.
Make no mistake about this one. Either accept Obama's lies or vote for McCain. And do this now. Not much time is left to get rid of the many lies promoted on Obama's behalf, including the Russian roulette he wants to play with our country. For if he gets our country into horrible trouble, he is better able to change us to a socialized state in which he controls everything.
It is up to you in only a few weeks. A man whose interests are focused only on Country First, or a man whose only focus is himself whose "great" economic wisdom consists of continual statements that he knows "people's" income is down and their costs are up. What a brilliant mind! What a disaster for our country.
